Nicole Uribe Lopez is a Harvard undergraduate and Latina junior at Harvard College studying Government on the pre-law track. She has been actively involved with the Latina Empowerment and Development (LEAD) Conference since her freshman year and is proud to serve as the Co-Director of Finance for the 2026 conference. Nicole is deeply committed to LEAD’s mission of empowerment, leadership, and development for all women!
Nicole’s favorite part of LEAD is the opportunity to build meaningful connections with women across different class years and universities, creating a strong and supportive network rooted in shared experiences and collective growth. She values LEAD as a space that uplifts Latina voices, encourages authentic leadership, and fosters both personal and professional development. Being part of a conference centered on women’s empowerment is especially meaningful to her, as advocacy, mentorship, and community-building are central to her passions and long-term goals.
